Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
If the package was delivered while you were unavailable, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your shipment.
