1. 60-Day Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Request a Return

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:

Damaged items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, including returns due to a change of mind (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use the return instructions we provide. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if our instructions are not followed.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If a returned item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund request.
